There is no doubt whatsoever that the NATO bombing and subsequent invasion of the Serbian province of Kosovo was highly illegal under any measure of international law. In 1999, the USA led NATO and dropped 23,000 bombs on Serbia to pry loose Kosovo and have that country become an occupied country as a precursor for independence and then integration into the Western sphere of influence. This was yet another US war crime of huge proportion.
Ethnic Muslim Albanians fled from Albania to Kosovo from the highly repressive Stalinist regime of Enver Hoxha and were given refuge and asylum by the Yugoslavs. However, when the now independent nation of Serbia became aware that its province of Kosovo was being invaded by stealth, the Serbs tried to do something about this infiltration. So the ethnic Albanians formed a terrorist group, the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), which was bent on exerting pressure upon the people and government of Serbia to gain total separation of the province.
The Islamic invasion technique is a well-recognised ploy to infiltrate, outpopulate and then subjugate all non-Muslim nations and even has a name - "The Hijra" - the Islamic Doctrine of Migration.
US journalist Susan Levy wrote a brilliant review called "The Hijra" of a book called ""Modern Day Trojan Horse: The Islamic Doctrine of Immigration" by Sam Solomon and Elias Al Maqdis. These two authors have obviously conducted extensive research into the Islamic invasion - known as Hijra - and Levy very concisely outlines the exact strategy that Muslims use to infiltrate and eventually try to subjugate secular western nations.
The Hijra should be required reading for anybody who doubts that their nation is immune to this invasion and it is available on the Downloads page
The Serbian government, although certainly not the most human rights minded administration, nevertheless had the right to deal strongly with terrorists, just as Ireland has done with the IRA, Israel with Hizbollah, Peru with Shining Path, Germany with Baader-Meinhof and many other nations that have been beset by such problems. Up to this time, NATO had never interfered in the way nations took care of such transgressions by terrorists. In fact the USA even had its own civil war to prevent the Southern states from seceding from the Union, the exact situation that occurred in Kosovo.
The USA and NATO have always acknowledged that Kosovo was indeed a province of Yugoslavia, so the illegal attack was actually a gross interference in the domestic affairs of a sovereign nation. Rather than correcting a perceived human rights problem, it only exacerbated the matter to such a degree that the Serbs and Albanians in Kosovo may never be reconciled. The one-sided complicity of the United Nations also showed the world that this organisation tends to act more as a tool of American foreign policy than an independent international body.
NATO has become an international bully, imposing its military might upon nations unable to defend themselves. It is painfully obvious that like most bullies, NATO would not dare threaten nations that would actually fight back, such as China or North Korea, countries with far worse record of genocide and human rights abuse than Serbia. A good example of the hypocrisy and double standards of the US and NATO is that of Turkey and its Kurd population who are fighting for independence and the establishment of an independent homeland.
The Kurds stand no chance of gaining NATO or USA support for their cause, let alone military assistance, for one very simple reason. Turkey is a member of NATO, therefore it seems to be able to freely commit abuse and genocide on the Kurds while NATO and the USA turn a very blind eye. Even though China has for years committed wholesale acts of genocide against the Tibetans, the USA and most of the world still say and do virtually nothing to stop this. Yet NATO and the USA also turned a blind eye to the murderous activities of the KLA, an obvious terrorist organisation.
At the time of the US-led attack on Serbia, Professor Raju Thomas, a lawyer specialising in international law said the following:
Fair-minded people of the world should show their outrage to the UN, NATO and USA about their illegal interference in sovereign states such as Serbia. Just as NATO and the USA continue to indict Serbian war criminals and drag them to the War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague, so should the USA and NATO and the people who issued the orders for the bombings and the killing of innocent civilians in Kosovo be indicted and tried at this court on charges of murder and illegal acts of war.
It is an indictment on the whole concept of the War Crimes Tribunal and the International Court of Justice, when these bodies are able to pursue and prosecute alleged Serbian war criminals, yet have absolutely no power to prosecute American and British war criminals who authorised the illegal attack on Serbia and who installed the gang of Islamic terrorists into power in Kosovo. Of course these courts are a farce, when they fail to prosecute American and British war criminals such as former President George W Bush, Richard Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and others who were complicit in launching a completely illegal war on Iraq using deliberately fabricated pretexts that resulted in the deaths of over 100,000 innocent people.
In February 2008, Kosovo declared independence from Serbia. Supported by the USA, Britain and a number of other predominantly NATO nations, Kosovo was rendered into the hands of the very people who committed war crimes under the banner of the terrorist KLA movement. This travesty shows that terrorism and murder can eventually achieve its aims. What is amazing is that the USA, instigator of the NATO bombing of Serbia and financial supporter of the KLA, would not do the same for Taiwan, whose people have demanded independence from communist China for the past 50 years. It is an amazing demonstration of hypocrisy and double standards by the USA, however very typical and completely expected.
In the time that Kosovo has been allegedly independent, it has descended into a gangster-infested state living on European Union handouts. It was obvious from the start that if a terrorist organisation such as the KLA prevailed, with the help of the Americans, it would result in yet another US-sponsored debacle. Terrorists usually don't change their methods when they take over their targets and Kosovo has now become a complete disaster.
